Hands Up Everyone...

That would honestly..hands on hearts..be happy living a life in a cage or a small house that they never leave?? Maybe a house where you spent ages staring out..wondering how the feel of grass would be on your paws...how you would just love to go rip the bird feather from feather you just saw in a tree..OR..at least had a chance too.

Any of you that agree with keeping animals indoors or in cages, please tell me how exactly happy you would be with that????????

Betcha you lot shut up now....or if you don't. NORMAN BATES..YOUR MOTHER IS CALLING YOU...

Checking out your posting history, you're clearly just a dumb, immature, tiny-minded little troll.

Go play somewhere else, you sad item. You're not even making a valid point anymore, you're just on a hissy fit. Laughable. Clearly not open to education.

Ermmm...I am not on a hissy fit. I am being serious? Would you like being locked in all your life? Simple question..yes or no??

If a dumb immature tiny minded little troll can ask this question...can you not answer?? Humour me please.

Would you like to spend your life locked in a cage or a house?? Answer me...if you say yes, I will get the authorities to go question you and your parents.

I am not a troll..I speak the truth. Animals are NOT designed to live a life in a cage...or a home sized jail....Now belt up before I lose my temper..

I doubt many people would like to lick their butts after pooping, but that is still perfectly normal & healthy behavior for an animal. We are not the same, so to compare our needs/wants with theirs isn't exactly valid.

That being said, I think this issue really depends on the type of animal we're discussing. For example, my dog is taken out multiple times per day, and I do let my two younger cats go outside at night if they ask... my oldest cat is deaf, so she can't safely be outside (and never cared to even before losing her hearing) especially since we're in a big city.

Now we get to my snakes (small-medium pythons & colubrids), who are safely caged at all times - except when I'm cleaning their enclosures, and occasionally to let them slither around with supervision. For one thing, they are mostly non-native species bred in the US, so to let them roam free could damage our ecosystem. Secondly, their natural habitat in the wild usually consists of abandoned termite mounds or ant hills - so they are perfectly content in their precisely heated tubs with hidey caves. Not only that, but they have a fresh water source (bowl) within neck's reach, and a fresh rodent magically appears every 7-10 days! If given the choice, I have a feeling they'd stay put in their comfy enclosures. ;-)

Ummm, I'm guessing you didn't mean to say this in reply to my post? LOL
