My rabbit is building a nest

I've had her for about seven months, and I know she hasn't seen a buck in all that time - if ever - and now she's building a NEST. Has anybody else heard of this behavior in does that aren't pregnant?

I tell you what: if I wind up with baby bunnies, I'm calling National Geographic.

So far, she's just using hay. Is there anything I should supply her with? I dumped some extra hay in, for her. She also has one of those edible cardboard sleeping tubes, and I was wondering if I should arrange that so she can pile hay over it?
