Scandinavian Cuisine

I did build an IKEA kitchen once

I have had Scandinavian cuisine once and I kind of like it but I perfer the German sausages and I like bratwurst a lot too. But my father would have Scandinavian cuisine almost every day when he was a kid because my other great grandmother knew how to cook Scandinavian cuisine as well as German cuisine pretty good. And on winter mornings when my dad would be sick and had to stay home my grandmother would always bring my dad a nice bowl of my other great grandmother's potato soup. But I have had lutefisk and kind of liked it. But my mom would always looked forward to winter weekends when Dad would make his famous bratwursts and I get second helpings of bratwurst because it's that great to eat
