Who else here also remember their best, tastiest and yummiest cookie...EVER?!?! Or am I the only one here who's EVER eaten them? Must've been twenty, thirty or more years since I last had one and can still remember they were second-to-none and bar-none. Too bad they've been discontinued decades ago...

The cookie image looks familiar to me. I likely saw them as a child of the '80s.

Before Pepperidge Farm cheapened out like most of the other companies, I loved their cookies like Chessman (could eat most of a bag in one sitting), Gingerbread Men, and their Chocolate Chip-Macadamia nut cookies (forgot the official name now)

But the cookie I miss the most was made by Nabisco: Brown Edged-Wafers.
Years later as an adult, I am stunned that this was their ACTUAL name!
But who cares....the vanilla sweetness was subtle yet memorable....I still miss 'em.

fiat - have you tried the new lemon Oreos? They taste like the Lemon Cooler GS cookies. 

Do they?! 😀 I keep eyeing them in the store....over & over...yet never give in to temptation lol.
Part of why I didn't give in to them was I was not sure if they were 'worth it'.
