I have eaten there many times. When it first opened, it was very good.

I still eat there now & then, they make a superb French Onion soup (they use sirloin broth!! )

But the food quality has decreased at that particular location.

The Chili fries need a lot more chili! 

No trees killed in the sending of this message, but many electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

Steakhouses can offer lots of good foods.
But in this case, it actually doesn't serve all that great steak!

I used to order ribs from the Longhorn here, those are hard to find in these parts.

Funny two of you said that. After the waitress served our food she came back and asked if everything was OK. My wife said yes and I said these fries are great but would even be better with a little more chili. She said I will be right back. She came back with a cup of chili. If you have a good waitress they will take care of stuff like that.

Easy answer. She was hungry for a steak and I wasn't. Knowing they served other stuff I thought why not. It worked out very good. I will defiantly get these again.

Longhorn like The Sizzler and Ponderosa, lures customers in when they first open with excellent cuts of meat and salad bar. After some time, the quality goes in the tank. Where I live, there are no more Sizzler's or Ponderosa's. The customer base wised up...

Yes, take Outback for example. I used to love their Bloomin' Onion; and those Coconut Shrimp were addictive. I was never disappointed eating an end cut of their Prime Rib.

Point being, there are lotsa great things other than a steak imo...




p.s. And those Peach flavored slushy-like fru-fru drinks they serve in those frosted mugs .YUM!!! I could not.stop drinking thise things! Anyone know what they're called?
