Probably Belgian fries, curly fries and cheese fries.
Years ago, when I still fried things, I always made fries the Belgian way.

What really defines Belgian style fries? Twice fried or the irregular size? Because if it's twice fried, that's how I was taught to cook them when I worked at a hot dog stand back in high school, and that's really the way fries need to be cooked. Blanching them for a minute, draining the grease, then frying again until crispy is how I make them at home. When we actually have fries, anyway.

I'm not sure which it is, actually. But you're right, that is the way they need to be cooked. It makes a world of difference.
