Don't you remember the legend:

One rum fueled night in the Bahamas was way back in 1666 I started cooking some meat...fell asleep...it started raining...my grill collapsed-my meat fell directly on the now smouldering logs and a huge palm branch on top of that-semi smothering the logs...

I woke up 15 hours later to the aroma of slow smoked pig, and voila! Barbecue. Jodilyn, I thought you knew?


Anyhoo, just thought I'd mention it I case anyone needed any BBQ advice with the big weekend...

Ummm...you know what else is incredible? How young you sound for your age for being 350 years old.

On second thought though..that 1666 is awfully suspicious. Are you sure you were roasting pig? 
