Is it safe to consume eggs everyday?
2 large eggs everyday, is that okay?
Now you agree with me!

I know it depends on part of your body chemistry. My grandpa could eat all the eggs he wanted, and he was fine. If my grandma ate an egg, her cholesterol went up.

One could always eat one yolk and thest whites to share in the same meal.
shareIMO, not everyday. But eggs are a good source of protein so about twice a week for me.
shareIt's up to you to decide, but I've been eating less of it to be more mindful of my health.
Eggs is one of those foods I keep hearing mixed things about - one day they are healthy, the next - worse for you than smoking. I tend to avoid full eggs with yokes most of the time because I do think the high fat and saturated animal fat in them is something that could raise my cholesterol if I eat regularly. High cholesterol runs in my family. I think it all depends on the person.
shareI don't eat them every day but I do like them once or twice a week. My doctor says that's fine as long as I don't overdo other egg dishes.

I buy a dozen eggs on average once a month and will power through them very quickly. A few omelettes, some hard boiled, poached in ramen, faux carbonara, etc. are my easy go-to choices and since I never let any perishables get old, I'll eat eggs just about every day for a week. Love eggs. 👍
shareIf you don't have any health problems that require you to limit eggs, I don't see why not. They are basically a very healthy food. Having two every day does sound a little dull, though. I go through 12 or 18 per month, sometimes less, and use a few for cooking. I just think eating eggs every single day would get tedious.
