just made chimichurri sauce. now what to do with it?


I accidentally bought parsley instead of cilantro. I remembered that i once tried chimichurri and loved it so i googled a recipe and made it. What do I do with it? Lol
i prefer low-ish carb options if possible

I believe that chimichuri (sp?) is generally used as a marinade for beef, pork, and chicken.

It's very nice as a condiment for meat, and if you make a wrap with beef, pork or chicken, makes a nice sauce.
