The Trump Boom is everywhere.

reply

The Nikkei is hardly enjoying a boom either, but as with the US market, is rebounding after the threat of Trump's bullying has abated for now. I am not saying that trends are not currently positive but one needs a perspective in the light of recent events.

From your link "Much of the continued rally might depend on whether we see any further tariff headlines " QED

But the markets went up even though the OP said that the markets will tumble. Obviously they didn't. There will be lots of Trump booms in the next 4 years, just hope you are ready.

reply

But the markets went up even though the OP said that the markets will tumble.

To be more exact the markets recovered after Trump postponed most of his tariffs.

There will be lots of Trump booms in the next 4 years, just hope you are ready.

This might well be the case, but this view suggests slumps between the different booms or something of a stop-start economy. Also it depends on how disruptive Trump's policies are. The markets thrive on certainty.

Did you predict Hillary and Kamala will win as well?

thanks President Trump.

Truly amazing how you guys manage to celebrate Trump for temporarily postponing a problem he caused himself.

Dow Jones 31 jan, 44,900
Then announcing tariffs
Dow Jones 3 feb, 44,400
Then putting tariffs on hold for a month
Dow Jones 5 feb, 44,900

but as I recall, the OP said the markets would tumble, they obviously didnt.

maybe liberals should get help for their TDS instead of constantly whining about Trump.

reply

So now that we have found out there's nothing to thank Trump for, how about you revise your above statement instead of switching topic?
Of course the market didn't tumble after Trump put the tariffs on hold, but I bet you anything you like, not only the OP but you yourself as well didn't expect Trump to undo his EO.
Specifically not on something as weak as Mexico sending 10,000 troops to the border, after the very same negotiation without the threat of tariffs under Biden, has made Mexico send 15,000 troops to the border without shocking the stock market for a day in between.

reply

if its Trumps fault the stock market went down then Trump is also responsible for the stock market going up. you cant have it both ways. you need to pick a lane and stay in it. the stock market did not tumble as the OP said. it went up thanks to Trump and his American First policies.

it was actually 10,000. you need to get your facts straight and not just make up stuff next time.

In 2021, Biden's agreement with Mexico involved it maintaining 10,000 troops on the border as well as a temporary increase of troops in Honduras and Guatemala.

the dow crashed 100's of times when Dictator Joe was the fake president. did the MSM blame him? nope did anyone say anything negative about Dementia Joe in 4 years? nope. remember when he was sharp as a tack and then Trump broke his brain at the debate? remember when Diaper Joe invited the entire southern hemisphere to america? and then millions upon millions of people were escorted into america, thus causing havoc in all 48 states. just admit your fake president Sleepy Joe is a complete failure and ruined my america.

reply

Trump is also responsible for the stock market going up

He is - by postponing damaging tariffs.

reply

yup, thats why President Trump is amazing and why everyone talks about him constantly. President Trump is the best President we have had in a long time. thanks for talking about him too. Trump appreciates it.

reply

everyone talks about him constantly.

People talk constantly about bad weather too.

I think your post is an ironic one though.

reply

I am just glad that people are talking about President Trump and not that other guy that ruined America.

I pwned markph so bad with my logic, reasoning and facts that he refuses to respond to me now. oh well, this happens a lot.

reply

lol good one but better tried on someone else who doesn't see the deliberate irony..

reply

no irony. President Trump is a way better President than that other guy, no one wants to talk about him. even though he has been in politics for over 50 years. how sad.

reply

lol good one.

reply

thanks! thats why President Trump is President again. tell me about that time that Trump ruined your life again. lol

That wasn't me. Not being in the US I rather enjoy the schadenfreude and entertainment value, all from a safe distance.

reply

The Dow and other markets dropping 1% yesterday is a "good smell" for you? Wake up!

reply

it was like .11% and I would blame dems for rigging the market again.

reply

Another good one from you lol. How do they do that then?

reply

tell me you dont understand market rigging without telling me you dont understand market rigging.

reply

That is why I am asking you

reply

what do you need to know?

reply

How exactly do the Dems rig the market? Remember, you don't use fact checkers so you can say any old thing.

if you dont understand how the stock market works then I would recommended taking intermediate economics classes. maybe sit in on a 7th grade class?
