I mostly agree with you.
But, there is no in-band solution.
The only think that will take down the plutocrats is either massive collapse or violent revolution, and both of those are impossible because the economic elites have money
to keep the system moving on life support because of the economic hierarchy.
And no one can rebel because our whole lives and inner thoughts are recorded and analysed on the Internet. Any unification of American citizens is right out here. Any ideas or strategies to fix things is right her in public, or recorded on disk drives and back threat assessed by massive AI super-computers.
If things get too bad or it looks like control by the elites will be challenged, they know what do do and who to go after.
What is needed is a kind of distributed meta-government with rules to follow that allow us to slowly pull down the billionaires without destroying the system around us that they own that sustains all of us.
