2:27 mark. Yeah, he started doing the oath of office before Melania brought in the magical fairy books. He knows how BS it is but uses it to his advantage to advance his agenda. That or Satan knows it'll burn if his hands touched it.

He didn't need to; especially since he was already sworn in once, he does not need to be sworn in again.
