I've never seen this.

The image is not clear, to me that looks like an "8."

The assassination attempt was July 13.

Nah, that's a 3, it just has an exaggerated curlicue thingy(look at the 2, it has the same thing...)

No, and it certainly does resemble an 8, but I think it's just the extreme serifs curling almost all the way back around...The twos in 2024 are even worse!
