LEGAL FACT: Jennifer Heath Box was kidnapped and raped by the Broward County Sheriff's Department.

She definitely deserves a settlement but I wouldn't consider a full cavity search to be rape. Her identity was mistaken so they should have let her out after a couple hours instead of three days later. Her photo was erroneously attached to the warrant so she was detained for a reason. She was not "kidnapped".

FACT: You would be correct if they released her when they found out their mistake, but them keeping her in custody after that it was by legal definition false imprisonment and if they did a full cavity search after they realized their mistake it became by legal definition rape. Prove me wrong.
