Who the hell is "Lichtman" to the average person? The headline didn't explain that he's a professor whose opinions are only relevant one out of every 4 calendar years.

It means the person(s) who wrote this headline, they don't expect any visitors other than nerdy political obsessives who already think about Trump and "presidential politics" 24 hours a day.

If you asked the average person in the street they dont know who "Lichtman" is. I could remember, but I had to really rack my brains to remember the "other one", Helmut Norpoth and I used google to help my get the name too.

That's cause I do something with my life other than sitting around repeating the word "indiiiiiiiictmeeeeeeeeeeeent" to myself all day.
