Do you see any similarities to Hitler's rise to power and Trump's?

I'm reaching a bit here but:
-J6 can be attributed to a mini-failed coup.
-Although he hasn't been jailed (yet) like Hitler, he did get indicted on 34 felony accounts where he was able to sell his ideas to the public via trial.
-Hitler blamed Germany’s decline on Jews and Marxists while Trump blamed US's decline on Illegal Migrants and Marxists. Both claims to restore nation to former glory.
-Hitler wrote a book to complain and Trump uses Truth Social to complain with random conspiracies.
-Both learned from their failures of past mistakes.
-Both are in the largest second party
-President gave Hitler power while SCOTUS gave presidents immunity.
-Project 2025 + Agenda 47 pending for final birth

Most of these points are extremely weak & not worth addressing. Why didn't you mention inflation?

I will agree J6 was an embarrassing hissy fit by sore losers. The rioters were a mess. That was the whole problem.

Hitler's violence, OTOH, was carefully structured. Electoral politics were a last resort. Fascists share a core belief with communists that the process corrupts everyone involved. Violent takeover is their preferred path to power. That's an important difference.
