Tuesday's interview with ABC is the first time Trump has publicly said that he lied about having classified government material.

If someone came up missing and the cops found a recording of someone stating that they killed him, chopped up the body, and dumped it in the ocean where it would never be found, I wonder if stating "that was all bravado and lies" would be enough to beat the charges.

This excuse has the advantage that everybody knows he does lie all the time.
