Is the trans movement currently the worst enemy of homosexuals?

Now that Transgenderism is in the spotlight, perhaps the majority of effeminate male homosexuals and masculine lesbians will realize they are not really gay, but rather trapped in the body of the wrong gender.

They will opt for reassignment surgery and become the opposite gender and then they would no longer be considered gay (by Liberals, anyway.)

Gender reassignment is more or less a very drastic, hormonal and surgical method of gay conversion therapy!

Soon, the gay community loses a huge percentage of its population and most of its political power as a result.

Gays should be very apprehensive of the trans movement.

I think you may be right.

The current trans fad is insane, I've long felt, and now that you describe it this way, it is insane and irrational, in part because people who identify with and support the two groups are turning one group against the other in the manner in which you say.

To say nothing of the fact that their message is inherently contradictory--i.e. their pro-gay mantra is "We're born this way" and therefore their lifestyle is unassailable but then they turn around 180 degrees and say you can be whatever you decide to be, even if you were *not* born that way!

That’s why those behind the “movement” try hard to keep them all clumped into one “stool” if you will.
