DeSantis, Greene, Trump and the other MAGA/"Christian Nationalists" are basically anti-democracy neo-Nazis. They're Fascists. Americans fought against them during WWII.

Retardation and extremism taking root all over. Human kind cannot end ever faster. If there is a god, it has long abandoned us if not the Earth. We're a failed creation bent on destruction. The fact we're still having wars say much about us a s species in the 21st century. Star Trek failed to predict human stupidity. It'll probably end up similarly like Don't Look Up where the elites will escape the planet while the rest burn.
