Oath Keeper weeps as judge reads terms of his plea deal

Federal prosecutors on Friday secured a second guilty plea and cooperation deal with a member of the Oath Keepers militia group charged in the government's seditious conspiracy case stemming from the Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol.

Brian Ulrich, of Guyton, Georgia, admitted on Friday that he was part of the group of Oath Keepers that was seen during the riot ascending the east steps of the Capitol in a military-style "stack" formation.

The 44-year-old pleaded guilty to two felony charges of seditious conspiracy and obstruction of an official proceeding, both of which carry maximum sentences of 20 years in prison and fines up to $250,000. As outlined in his plea, Ulrich's estimated offense level carries a sentencing range between 63-78 months, though the government could recommend a lesser sentence based on the extent of his cooperation.

Its crazy to think that democrats would rather risk nuclear annihilation than have Trump as President. There is a good chance that Trump could have prevented this war.

please explain what magical powers trump has. either events still would have played out the same, or you re saying Trump isnt a pushover and would have avoided this. in which case what you compliment trump for (standing up) your re criticizing Biden for doing.

its like Rock Paper Scissors. but no matter what they choose you say "actually no scissors always loses" but then when you get scissors "not scissors is good it always wins"

How is this news? The US has been providing weapons and aid to Ukraine for months, along with almost every single NATO country.

And if you honestly think Trump could have prevented this conflict, then I have some beachfront property in Nebraska to sell you.

WWIII isn't going to happen unless Russia attacks a NATO country, which will trigger Article 5.

why did they bring weapons, smash through gates. have to smash the windows of the capital to get access and enter the door.

I love when they say "the guards let them through. and they entered peacefully" yaa outside they stepped aside to not get trampled. and there is video of the actual capital doors locked, and them smashing the window to open the door.

its like claiming I peacefully entered your home because the door was open after I smashed through the windows and unlocked it.

For an enitre summer I watched people fight police, burn buildings, rip people out of their cars and assault them.

And when they were caught and arrested the left workers to bail them out.
In ny cops arrested a guy who was fighting them and the next day he was already out, fighting police again.

Hopefully these guys are pardoned when the next president comes into office.
I don't know how anyone can turn a blind eye to the destruction the Democrats are doing.

He will in a few years...when you look at the actions and discrepancy in sentencing you are an abuse of power.

The guy who video taped the event, John Sullivan. He isnt locked up like these other people. Why, because he is on the side of the woke Democrats.

There were one part where he got in the faces of 2 police officers and threatened them.
He told these officers if they didn't walk away they would be attacked.
The officers then walk away.

There are also moments where it seemed he was the ring leader with knowledge of where to go and barking orders to the crowd.
