The best qualified candidate should be chosen irrespective of their race/gender. Clarence Thomas and RBG were both chosen due to their gender/race and they were both radical/extreme judges. Black women are less than ten percent of the overall population so the field of candidates shrinks drastically when only black women are considered.

I've been quite critical of BOTH Biden and Trump so I'm not a member of the Trump cult. Biden may have won the Dem primary by making a promise about a black female SC judge BUT he's phucked his party in national elections. I'm a white male and I don't want to vote for a party that automatically considers white males overrepresented oppressors.

The Daily Mail article indicates that the sentencing laws were created before the internet so pictures/videos would be sent through snail mail. KBJ argued that it was easier to send out 50 images with the internet instead of sending them through the mail so the sentencing guidelines were too harsh. I contend that those same FIFTY images uploaded to the internet in the modern era could potentially be downloaded by THOUSANDS of people all over the world. Sharing files online is multiplicative since the people who downloaded the files from site A can then upload them to sites B, C and D. She still thinks like a public defender instead of a judge. I believe she cares more about the pedophile than she cares about the child victims and potential child victims.
