No. If it's illegal to kill a baby a day after birth, it should be illegal to kill it a day before birth.

The rationale is that terminating a baby beyond the point of infant viability, which occurs well before the day of birth is analogous to killing a newborn. You'd literally have to go out of your way to physically end it's life.
No one believes that, and if they say they do they are mentally deficient.
