It's pretty damning that Jim Jordan texted Mark Meadows with tips on how Pence could overturn the election. I don't understand why the conservatives are freaking out over a period that was added to the relevant text. I can't believe the Republicans nominated Jordan to be on the Jan 6 committee when he was involved in the planning of the capitol riot. It looks like there was a warroom established to overturn the election.

It looks like a lot of the rioters are being charged with obstruction of an official proceeding and Jordan is part of a conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. Jordan offered tips to Meadows on how to obstruct the official proceeding the day before the official proceeding. It would be great if they could prosecute Jordan and Trump since those two are too stupid and evil to hold elected office.

I thought Trump would have been charged with crimes by now but it hasn't happened yet. I have a suspicion that Biden doesn't want federal charges against Trump and his minions since a Republican Congress will go after the Biden family of influence peddlers. I still have hope that the state of NY will be able to get Trump for some violations. The House has been trying to get Trump's tax returns for two years and Trump is still appealing in court.

Interesting point about Biden. Right now, only people without any power have been held accountable. Perhaps democrats fear retribution after the 2022 or 2024 elections.
