His new ad warns people that if Newsom is not recalled we will be "stuck with him for another 5 years," evidently assuming his supporters are so stupid they don't know there is a regular gubernatorial election next year. This shows how stupid he is anyway!

Most California general elections lately have had a dem run against a dem. No republican was able to get enough support. The dems changed the rules so it would be easier for them to stay in power. So yeah, five years.

You are right the message is not inspiring but in life a time comes when the best message is what do you have to lose? It's not good to hear that message, when has anyone been in a really good place and heard "what do you have to lose"? I think the state is done, but it's like dealing with a drug addict, you always hope they can turn it around.
It sounds like Elder has no platform and can't present a single reason to vote for him.
