Well, opening back up the Keystone Pipeline did help with gas prices and the first thing Joe did when taking office was to shut it down. Frankly Obama was a fool for shutting down that pipeline and so is Joe Biden and the other democrats. I will never understand their hatred of that pipeline or their hatred of fracking and being insistent on getting oil and gas from countries like Iran and Afghanistan that don't even give 2 craps about the environment.
