Police Should Never Be Allowed to Enter Any American's Home Period.

Amendment III
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Swat teams shouldn't be used for any nonviolent situations and police should not be allowed to enter anyone's home. If anyone thinks police are not soldiers then why do they carry arms and why are they called troopers?

So if somehow is suspected of kidnapping a child the police should not be allowed to search his home?

Kidnapping is not "nonviolent"

This only applies to housing a solider like the British made colonists do prior to the revolution

That means if they have a signed warrant they can enter and search but not stay in your home indefinitely. You picked the wrong amendment dummy. The 4th protects against illegal search and seizure
