I'm north of Spokane. Just patches of old snow. Bike ride a week ago.

weather is never identical comparing the same day year to year, but certain regions have climates. some have hot weather with lots of precipitation, some hot weather with none.
What you are seeing is extreme changes. my area would have hot summers with it raining maybe once a week. then last summer it didn't rain.... for months and month and months... then the year before that, it rained and rained and rained for weeks on end so much so they had to close the waterways.
im sorry you dont understand the basics of the theory and feel the need to come embarrass yourself. I think this is why you guys get made fun of so much.

The climate has been changing for billions of years. Its nothing new. Climate change is just a money making scheme now, even Bezos was tricked into donating 10 billion dollars. Where does that money go, and who gets it? Meanwhile millions of people are suffering but as long as we fix that climate then everyone will be ok.

Sure the climate has been changing for Billions of Years, but what about within a couple decades or less?
Are millennia of change the same as what is changing in a person's lifetime?
And do we need to put money toward other closer-to-home problems? Yes, but no one wants to do that either.
So let's deflect the issue to an area where no one will move forward and no one will do anything. Not to mention, the livability of the Earth might be overriding over local concerns, but I guess that's up for debate.
Man-made climate change has been a slow, pernicious and unintended consequence of our concept of Progress, and we can't fix it quickly. It takes a thoughtful, long-term strategy and shouldn't be labelled as a a plot to over-throw anything, other than capitalist greed that doesn't mind seeing all of us lose quality of life as long as the richest don't lose it as fast as the rest of us.

2. you honestly think our system is extremely stable and we could handle massive massive crop loss, even more extreme weather, cities and areas becoming inhospitable. doesnt most of the worlds population live on coasts? you know nothing

They quickly and quietly changed the name to “climate change” because they got sick of people making fun of them and making jokes calling it “Global Warming” when it was freezing cold outside. Haha.
You gotta give them credit...it was a nice seamless transition with all of them from “Global Warming” to “Climate Change.” “Climate Change” covers all of the bases. No more Global Warming jokes when it’s unbelievably cold outside.
Gee, scientists looked at data over a period of time and made changes to the way they presented the findings. Not Warming constantly, like less educated people might conclude, but enough warming that significant changes in weather patterns will follow.

climates are changing. My area moderately warm with about rain once weekly area during the summer. last year we got rain a total of about 7 days all summer. the year before same. the year before that it rained almost 5 days a week every week. The climate of my area is not normally those things.
Secondly on average the GLOBAL TEMPERATURE IS WARMING
