The stay ordered by a state judge was in relation to a legal challenge to the mail in ballot process which had legally been put in place well before the election. Little more than a vanity stroke, the challenge seeks to disenfranchise votes cast in good faith under a system that was entirely legitimate. And the challenge is only being made where Trump lost. There is zero hope of this GOP gesture succeeding except to leech more money from Trump supporters.

Essentially its like those shady lawyers who fleece people by duping them into proceeding with litigation that they know will fail. "I think we have a good chance to win. If you give me thousands of dollars I'll make a case...... Oops. The court was biased.... uh, their lawyers pulled a technicality.. . Tut tut.....But I still get paid, oh well. (suckers)"
