Well that is a complicated question. I would say that Civilisations always carry within them the seeds of their own decay. When they are on the up those negative forces are suppressed but on the way down they become more prominent.
Western Civilsation was shaken first by the Industrial Revolution which started the shift away from the country side to the larger towns and cities. Greater mobility and impermanence led to less familiarity and stability.
The two world wars were a dual hammer blow that finished the British Empire which had been the main driving force behind the expansion of Western Civilisation.
And finally multi-culturalism and globalization are laying the ground work for the final disintegration of Western Civilisation.

White nationalism is a rejection of that diversity, which is indeed very present in white society. That said, I don't really consider it a huge problem because it's just a bunch of nagging that doesn't get anywhere. White nationalists/tribalists have the opportunity to make better movies, or social media platforms that let you say whatever you want about other cultures. They don't do it because it'll suck.
Systemic racism is the reality that white people don't like living next to black people, but maintain ownership of the properties that black people live in. When white people leave, the job opportunities leave, and the schooling deteriorates along with it leaving black communities perpetually stuck in poverty.

Malcolm X is correct for the most part because he knows what modern liberals are. They'll support any democrat no matter what. Trump even got them supporting moderate republicans like the Lincoln Project. Hillary and Biden's 1994 crime bill was designed to get repubs on their side, and liberals went along with it. But Trump not only supported the crime bill, he thought it didn't go far enough. That's why I support Biden over Trump, but I support Bernie over Biden. Progressivism is where it's at.
