Kamala Harris is sworn in as the next president.

Two possibilities.

1) Biden has a stroke
2) Biden dies

Both real possibilities given his age.

Thats what I'd like to know. If it's a reputable site, with those odds you could just bet 100$ and win 45 grand. You'd be almost dumb not to take that.
