He could run as a third party candidate. Doubtful he would get the Republican nomination in 2024. We'll just have to see how well Biden does and how well the Republicans do in 2022. If the Republicans get spanked in the midterms Trump will not be back, nor will a Trump 2.0. If Biden fumbles the ball and the Republicans do well in 2022... well, who knows?

If.. a big if, Biden and/or Harris do a halfway decent job, and the Democrats do well in 2022, would Trump would look nearly as attractive to the GOP, especially if they want to continue to court minorities? A strong economy and a contented populace in this hypothetical future would not be an ideal environment for Trump to operate in. Biden and Harris could also do very badly, but assuming they fall somewhere in between, I will also assume the GOP will probably still be largely Trumpist until at least the midterms. If they successfully run with that platform then all bets are off. A lot has to do with what the political (and hopefully post-COVID) landscape looks like in 2022-24. One thing for sure is time will not wait for either Biden or Trump and will move rapidly. We could find ourselves in some completely new crisis by 2024 and nothing we think is important right now will even matter. Of course, this is all idle speculation.

No way...
we'll see... I wouldn't place money on it. I don't think he will get even the nomination, but anything is possible.
