Yes only 60,000 votes.

But I have to admire the out of the box thinking by Republicans to mitigate the black vote.

It was worth a shot, and best of all it didn't cost anything.

I wouldn't say it was a total failure, it was a fine smokescreen for Trump's failings in handling Covid, and created incredible media buzz.
