LeBron James partners with Dodger Stadium to open stadium as a polling location on Election Day

Kudos to NBA star LeBron James and his voting rights organization "More Than A Vote" and LA Dodgers President and CEO Dan Kasten. The two teamed up and will be opening up LA's Dodger Stadium as an outdoor polling location on November 3. That is the American spirit - working proactively to make sure every American has the chance to vote and have their vote be counted. Especially during a pandemic.

Then there's Trump - the President of our country - who is so afraid of losing by a landslide, he has decided to slow down the mail service in hopes of tossing mail ballots which come in. Yes, he openly said on FOX yesterday that his plan it so defund the post office and slow down the mail as his way of 'cheating' this election. Republicans don't mind one bit - especially Cult45.

This is the new 'Murica, brought to you by Trump.

Yes. Kudos for LeBron for associated with Dodger Stadium. The Dodgers staff will do all the work and it'll be because of LeBron. Such an "American" thing to do, right? Unlike being endorsed by a company that employs sweat shop labor and shuts his mouth on true democracy for Hong Kong so he doesn't upset China.

And of course he's practically a billionaire now and where did he make all of his money? USA. The land of "systemic racism", right? I guess he's immune to the system, isn't he? Why don't you draw his blood so the rest the people can get vaccinated?

Yes, indeed. And the Dodgers staff will get paid (LeBron won't screw them over like Trump does with his workers), and maybe put some of the 30M+ unemployed Americans to work as well on that day? Maybe they can pay some of their back rent and starve off an eviction? Put food on their tables ?

This is the American thing to do.

I appreciate the Dodgers for allowing their open space to be used. As Dr. Fauci said, there's no reason why people can't vote in-person. All they need to do is find more open air voting stations, which they can do at most parks.

It's good to give people work, right? Did you support Gov. Whitmer when she made seeds and paint illegal to be purchased? If you want more people to work, why would you deny workers the chance to work in the paint and gardening sections?

You want to compare putting people to work outdoors on Election Day, so Americans can exercise their constitutional right to vote, to a Governors decision to close a garden center in the height of a pandemic so people can’t exercise their constitutional right to...garden?

So then you supported Gov. Whitmer making seeds and paint illegal. Why? All of the hardware stores were already open. Why can't the paint and garden sections be open too? How does closing the paint and garden sections while keeping the the rest of the store open save lives? Is the paint and garden section more susceptible to catching the virus? The garden sections are mostly OUTDOORS.

How you don't recognize that that was a purely political decision is sheer ignorance. It's unbelievable that dems can do no wrong in your eyes.
