Trump undermines his pandemic response with more misinformation and self-obsession

President Donald Trump's return as the face of the Covid-19 response has deteriorated into a misinformation masterclass that explains why America is in such a mess.

In an extraordinary performance Tuesday, as the daily death toll again soared toward 1,000 and the number of Americans dead approached a tragic milestone of 150,000, Trump again foreswore the most basic requirements of national leadership in a crisis.

At a White House briefing that turned almost into a parody of his own mismanagement of the pandemic, he complained that the government's top infectious diseases expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, had better approval ratings than he did.

America needs a strong leader right now but instead we have a imbecile for a president who only cares about himself.

If this fat hog is somehow voted in again, I fear for my life. I honestly don't think we'll even have a country to speak of in another year or two if he gets in again. I literally feel as if we're staring at the precipice of the impending end of the American experiment. With Trump, we'll wind up getting there in fast-forward. With Biden and other sane presidents, we might stave it off for another generation or so. Either way, our country is going in one direction and one direction only.

We CANNOT get this clown back in for another four years.

I honestly don't think he'll win the election. No way in hell. That's not even my worry--my worry is what he will do WHEN (not if) he loses. This son of a bitch is such a scary-ass loose cannon who's made all kinds of history for ALL the wrong reasons...NOTHING is off the table with this guy. NOTHING. I honestly feel that way. I feel like this guy might just try anything at the last minute.

I'm also concerned that the fat fuck will try to run again in 2024.

50-50. Though the economic failout from the GOP's suicidal decision-making as of late may hasten their demise.

reply

At this point, if we're still dealing with a 50-50 chance of getting Trump again then that is one sad-ass commentary on the state of our nation.

reply

Well, there's millions of people out there who are either stupid enough to believe everything he tells them or too proud to admit he conned them.

reply

And he has equally imbecilic supporters who march in lockstep with him. Seriously--have you ever met a Trumper online who DIDN'T sound like a fucking idiot? I sure haven't.

And this forum we're on has become the epicenter for them.

reply

Indeed. In fact--as prospects for McDonald Trump's reelection grow more and more dire, any sense of veil from them is dropping further and further. Just look at how some of them have now blatantly come out full-on racist. They're not even trying to hide it anymore. Emotions are raw. They know the Age of the Cheeto is nearing its end and that means their "Fun Time" is just about over.

How many more ridiculous BLM posts can zaqy post just to try and troll ?

I don't know but one thing is clear to me: I will be taking KRL off of ignore after Biden wins just for the entertainment value of witnessing all his word salad rants...that is, if he's still spewing diarrhea all over this board by that time. I suspect most of the ""Trumpers"" on this board will run for the hills when the fat clown loses.

reply

So long as Alex Jones and John Solomon are on the internet, krl will be spewing her bullshit all over the internet. It's easy for her to cut and paste on here.

reply

I can't wait to read his conspiracy theories on why Trump lost the election.

You just KNOW those will be coming...

reply

I'm sure she's writing them up now, and will fine-tune them later.
