President Donald Trump bragged about his performance on a ten-minute cognitive test from two years ago while in a reelection campaign meeting, The Washington Post reported.

The Post reported that the incident is just one incident showcasing Trump's preoccupation with the perception of his physical and mental health, which have been criticized recently.

He's attacked the mental agility of Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Now, Trump appears to be preoccupied with making sure he doesn't look weak.

Trump is showing obvious signs of dementia and it's just getting worse everyday
