At first, I thought it was a bad combover, but a Republican insider said it's a toupee. It looks glued on.

It's probably that stuff called TOPIX that you SPRAY or otherwise apply to the top of your head with a CAN or whatever other container the stuff comes in.

That would also explain the REASON why he didn't WANT to GET WET that time when it RAINED and he refused to go to the WAR MEMORIAL in ENGLAND.

Because just like he doesn't want to be SEEN wearing a MASK, he also doesn't want to be seen looking like a BALD HEADED RAT that's been DROWNED in a RAIN STORM.

Also NOTE the way you also NEVER SEE him going SWIMMING in a POOL either (because with a WET HEAD he'd also look like the DODDERING OLD MAN or the kind of a DROWNED BALDED headed RAT that he really is).

And His SKIN is also CREEPY LOOKING as well and reminds one of looking at the CORPSE of LENNIN lying there inside of his COFFIN.

Good point about his trying to avoid getting wet.
