Recruit street gang members for "Community Peace Patrols"! They all have weapons and combat experience. They hate white people, too, so they will find it rewarding to harass white citizens in the name of Social Justice. They'll also be great for going around extorting protection payments from local businesses.

So what you're saying is recruit street gang members and let them do what the police have been doing for decades? And that helps the problem ? Seriously ?

But the gang members will do it to white people, so social justice will be satisfied.
