Warren and Sanders, losers tonight, no question.

I'm calling it. They were a complete disaster tonight. Winners: Bloomberg, Biden and Steyer.

I think Warren did pretty well.

Klobuchar was putting me to sleep.

I'm still undecided - it will be interesting how SC and SuperTuesday deliver in the next week.

How on earth did Warren do "pretty well"? She was histrionic in the first segment and going on the attack all evening. She was my favorite until tonight (I favored her because of how anti-Big Tech she is), but she completely lost me, especially when she started going after Bloomberg. I am a New Yorker who experienced him as mayor, and every single thing she said about him was clearly bullshit she read on social media and dodgy foreign-run sites like The Guardian (who've been posting hit pieces from either foreigners or non-New Yorkers who don't know the first thing about him).

I agree that Klobuchar was boring as hell. Just a lot of rehearsed answers and sound bites. The others were great, but Biden really surprised me. He came out very strong, as did Bloomberg.

Tonight? Warren is a laughing stock who should’ve lost her job years ago for a lifetime of lies. Sanders is an unaccomplished loser and always has been.

Notice none of the communist Democrats criticize anything Bernie wants. They’re just mad because the party leadership wants to ignore their voters and appoint another candidate. Like they did with Hillary. That’s communism for ya.

I agree. Sanders is on the defensive with the Medicare for All cost and his support of Cuba. I find it insulting that he repeatedly brings up Obama's name by taking his speech out of context. So much for Sanders being open and honest.

I believed once Sander's history and policies were better known he would plateau before dropping in support like Warren when her medical plan was closely examined. Both had ideas with no way of fulfilling them.

Only Bloomberg and Biden are viable candidates who needed to do well and they both were fine.

Sanders is a fool and an idiot. Supported Cuba--an enemy of the United States during the Cold War that almost kick started WW3 and a country so terrible people risked life and limb to escape. Meanwhile, denigrated the US government for "overthrowing everyone." The reason why the US was overthrowing governments is that during the Cold War, Russia was setting up puppet leaders everywhere. It's so adorable to me when Russian assets like him keep forgetting to mention that fact--that the whole overthrowing of leaders was part of a cat and mouse game with the USSR, which was meddling in everything from elections to even the Middle East crisis.

Gotta love how all he ever did was talk about how much money he was going to allocate to everything. No game plan, no nothing, just, "I'm gonna add three billion here, five billion there, 10 billion to this." Yeah, that's great but what the hell is the game plane then?

Also loved how he said he was going to work on a plan to help black and latinos become entrepreneurs in the pot trade. Because we all know that this is all they're good for.

Sanders, Biden, Warren... Bloomb and Steyer were dead last. Like it or not, I am getting my fantasy debate team of Sanders vs Trump. Either way, Trump will win. The left will be broken on voting a communist in, especially the centrists. They'll most likely not vote at all if they're Never Trumpers.

reply

How will Trump win though? Remember, he can't do it without Michigan, Wisconsin or Pennsylvania. The working class determined the 2016 election, and they'll do the same this time. But Trump only polls well with the working class when he's running against a corporate democrat.

Bernie not only wins Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, he puts Florida back on the table. There's also a chance he is competitive in Texas.

reply

You're out of touch if you think Sanders will win Florida. A large Cuban population which fled Fidel is not going to support Sanders who praised him.

reply

Independents and smart democrats (if there is such a thing) will not vote for a socialist. Trump will roll Bernie, that is why the DNC will not let him be their nominee.
