It just shocks the hell out of me that evaluations like this aren't required on at LEAST an annual basis for all sitting presidents/presidential candidates. It SHOULD be a requirement. Why in the hell is it not? O_o
Anyway, Donald's mental health is definitely declining. The man can't even complete entire sentences. He sputters fragments, repeats himself, trails off, sputters out drivel and nonsense and can't even stay on point.
Here's how Donald talks:
