When Obama seeked to improve healthcare for Americans, he was anything from a Marxist-Leninist Commie pinko socialist to a Nazi and everything in between (as informed people are aware of, the Nazi party was created as the polar opposite to communism).
But when Trump is questioned for doing exactly what dictators do when seeking full autonomy, i.e. denouncing dissent by the media as enemies of America, you're supposed to just dismiss it as a bit quirky and, really, it's nothing to be bothered by.
