Well I don't see it working because the thing with Skyrim is its huge game map and the amount of quests. "Oh you want to *beep* the entire plot off altogether and hunt Bandits? No problem!" "You want to learn how to become a mage? No problem" "You want to casually kill a Dragon and/or ride it? No problem" That alone would make a film adaptation hard to make but the other problems also come from not having a clear species on what the Protagonist should be like (I mean do you want a Female Cat Mage or a Warrior Lizard Man as the hero? Either are possible) but when you get down to its main plot, Skyrim is basically "Dragon bad. You hero. Go kill." Nothing would really be interesting about it unless they had an amazing protagonist but even then, theres no way for that to happen without someone getting angry that the way they played their character was different.
