Rank the Batman Villains by Power
How would you rank the Batman villains by how powerful they are? I'm not too well-versed in Batman's mythos, with most of my exposure being the movies and a few graphic novels. I would have to say that the Joker, Ra's Al Ghul, and the Scarecrow are in the top three. I say Scarecrow because "Arkham Knight" showed just how much of a threat he would be if the Joker and Ra's Al Ghul were out of the way.
