Your favorite comic from a non-English-speaking country?

Mine is CONDORITO (a comic strip). Have you ever read it? If not, here are 3 examples (in English):

Blacksad

It's hot... but not as hot as the night Johnny Viti got married...

I second Blacksad and was surprised to see it mentioned already. I just wish there was much more content. Happy to hear two new books are coming.

I'd also like to add District 14 to the mix. I really love anthropomorphic comics.

For foreign comics I mostly just read a lot of manga. If it's localised, I'll read the English version, and if not, I do my best to translate.

Jacamon and Matz's The Killer was great.

Gantz was (is? I think it's still coming out) pretty good too.

Haven't read many foriegn comics though...

According to me, yes. I am the person it's usually according to when I'm talking.

Asterix dominated my childhood so for me really nothing else comes close. I still enjoy revisiting it.
