What happened to Cencoroll 2?

I've been waiting for this anime short film for years now. There have even been trailers for it for the 5 years or more. I even remember reading on the creator's page that it was coming out in summer of 2015. Okay, that didn't happen. No big deal. Sometimes these things take time. But where is it now? Do any of you even know what I'm talking about? The first one was great. But I'm afraid something went wrong and now the sequel is never coming out.

I loved Cencoroll and really hope for the sequel too. Imdb has it listed for 2017, but I guess it's more like a place holder. No info, nothing. Hope this comes out at some time or another...
