The movies were stupid and the Jedi council were morons

Here's a society, with tens of thousands of years of technology, and they dress like poor peasants in 14th century France.

Nitwit "knights" jumping around during battle like Mexican jumping beans. NO fighter in his right mind would do somersaults while battling with deadly weapons... well, they would if they wanted to be chopped into pieces.

Obi-Wan was around with C3PO and R2-D2 in the second and third movie, yet in the fourth, he "doesn't remember" owning any droids?

It was quite apparent in the first 2 minutes of the second movie that "Ani" was a loose cannon and a scumbag that couldn't be trusted with grandma's Jonnycake recipe, yet they put all their trust in a newcomer instead of other council members that had been around many dozens of years.
I mean, here's a group of people with "lightsabres" that can "sense" a guy behind them 100 yards away with rayguns and can jump 20 feet backwards while doing a triple gainer and deflect their beams, yet they can't see what an evil POS Skywalker was.

I could keep going but my head still hurts from watching this moronic crap for the last 6 days....
