PC. I don't have a PS4 or Xbone. No reason to own either. First ME game I'll have on PC. I bought the first when it was a 360 exclusive so I bought ME2 on 360 too because that's where my imports were.
Actually I own ME2 on PC but have never played it. Bioware did some promo where they gave out a free copy of ME2 to anyone that owned DA2, and I had that on PC.
