Need help finding a 2008-10 dance/rock song

A mid-late 2000's song (2008-2010) considered a one hit wonder, mostly sounds like an electronic dance song with half the song containing singing in the style of a rock song (ill-fittingly, it's the weakest part of it). The other half is a sample of a woman saying "we at the disco" several times. The rock-singing has some lines like this:
'The floor is shaking and I think I see the light, the light' ('light' is also rhymed with 'tonight')

I'm pretty sure the song is called "at the disco" but the obscurity of this song combined with the popularity of Panic At The Disco has made it seemingly impossible to find. Any help would be appreciated.
