I definitely agree with Def Leppard and GnR being the top two, but they could switch 1 and 2 depending on my mood. Skid Row would be a distant third.

I think "hair band" was used in the mid- to late-eighties. I would think Van Halen qualifies and is at the top of the list with everyone else a distant second...

Bon Jovi their songs are really catchy and most of them so fun.

Plus Jon had a really nice voice and was incredibly good looking
Also they get extra points for longevity in the music industry they stayed really successful for three decades 80s, 90s and 00s
