Adding profile picture

Exactly whatr it says. How do I do this? I tried in go toi profile (clicking tine head next to the word "Blog" :)) and put a URL and it still does not work.

It has to be an Internet url. You can upload the picture to this site, then use the url they give you:

https://imgur.com/

It doesn't work for anyone anymore.

It only works in your profile page, not on the boards.
