Why is Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan and Om Puri plus a few other Indian actors credited for dubbing the Indian release of The Jungle Book (2016), I thought that dubbing credits weren't allowed,should I submit a deletion request?

Dubbing credits are currently only allowed in people's other works section (example: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1133415/otherworks). For reference: https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/guide/voices.
